cool, compact, but not real bright
Not quite sure how I’m going to use these yet, but I sure they’ll be neat whatever application I decide. I like how they’re very compact and appear to be durable. I bought these with the intent of connecting them to a hand fan that’s painted with fluorescent colors. Unfortunately, these lights are not bright enough for that application. So the effect is lost.

Perfect For My Kid's Costume
True they're not super duper powerful, but they MADE my son's costume. He was a creepy clown and wore black coveralls. We decided to splatter some red blacklight paint all over them for a blood effect. I used electrical tape to stick one light in each pocket and one on each boot. I angled them so that they hit the front of the coveralls and the result was pretty freakin cool. Got several comments while we were trick-or-treating, and my kid LOVED it. Will definitely be in the Halloween costume rotation from now on. I forgot to get a standalone pic of him in the dark with JUST these blacklights (bc of course I did), but 10/10 would buy again!

Very cool but overpriced.
These little things are SOOO cool to play with! I got them for my kid & her her friends when they do that cosplay stuff, ALONG WITH some nifty uv/blacklight reactive glow body paint they can mix in with their regular makeup so their faces glow when in contact with a black/uv light. I think I am more excited about the idea than they are... The whole point of these lights were they are PORTABLE so they can go do their thing and when out and about they can tuck these lights in their wigs/clothing etc, aim them to their area of makeup/body paint and ROCK THE GLOW REACTION WHILE ON THE GO! Sadly, I cannot give yall a picture because they havn't done it yet HOWEVER I can tell you they work well as I've used them for numerous odd little things in crafts and crap AND on Xmas day when mom busted out the cool blacklights and stuff (lights turned off) I HAD PAINT ALL OVER MYSELF :) You could not see it in the daylight but I had split up the paints the night before into different small bottles so they kids didn't argue and when I turned one on they all started laughing. I had it in my hair, nose, an ear.... it really lit up the paint. CONS for these lights are they do not have a type of off switch aside removing the battery from the light and they are completely overpriced. You can order these things from china for below half the cost. I could solder a uv led in to a small twist of wire - even a dollar store light that HAS an on/off switch that would do the same thing along with several leds not just one and it would cost me the ONE dollar light and a few cents for the uv leds. So thats a RIP OFF but whatev's. Perhaps I'll make one. Cool lights, overpriced.

Works great
My husband and I got these for some glow in the dark resin projects we are doing. The lights work very well! The only thing that I dislike is that you have to unplug from the 9v battery everytime you want to turn the light off. Wished there was s small switch or something.

Not great
Not a black light.. not bright and definitely not worth 28 dollars more like 7, look around before buying this product

Great for lighting a cosplay
I loved the lighting. It was easy and versatile to build into a cosplay. The only thing I did was snip the 9v off and replaced it was a 12v which worked much better for how bring I needed the light. (Lights used in 3) for globe coming out of the wig.

Limited Exposure
The lights do not have an on or off switch. They need to be removed from the power socket. Also, the lights are quite dim. I had to place the bulb right next to the fluorescent object to make it illuminate properly.

Killer black light spot lights
We are working on a project which is all glow-in-the-dark and black light is perfect. In addition to the black light tape we bought these spot lights are exactly what we need. All the pieces are there as promoted and work exactly as promised. Cool.
