So far so good. I did not attach the sticky since it’s sitting on concrete. This, as you might imagine, can be annoying when you have a cord in the middle of a walkway. I needed a solution, especially as family with a young niece and nephew were coming to visit, and this cord cover strip was exactly what I needed. I do wish it was a bit lower profile, but the adhesive is SO strong - it hasn't moved an inch from when I placed it!!
