Slipping if you tight or leaking if you keep little loose
It’s slipping if you tight. Or it’s leaking if you don’t tighten. Better to purchase whole item made of metal.. it’s not because of Teflon tape but washer inside..

Washing machine inlet
It is a part of washing machine inlet hose to connect your tap and washing machine. Normally it is not available as separate attachment. You can buy this as replacement instead of buying complete inlet hose which is a cheaper alternative.

While the grooves easily inserted on the tap, the product seperated from base as soon as tap was turned on. The product is not durable or even usable.
