Work well... Used them for years
These keep carbonated drinks fizzy. Great for keeping tonic water coke and just about anything you can get in a plastic bottle. One thing you should bear in mind is not to over pressurize the bottle. It won't burst (unless you pump it oblivion) however it is worth noting that when you close the bottle after you have pour a drink gas is still being released, which adds to the pressure. I have found that if you can squeeze the bottle after pumping you will be ok. Over time I have found that when they have been in use for a few years... there is the possibility that they go off like a champagne cork as the thread gets worn down. Using the method regarding not over pumping... you will be fine. Storing these in the fridge does not seem to affect them. Been using these for over 10 years...

Dangerous pressure build up
I am never sure how much to believe negative reviews but this is honestly the first I have ever written and it's only because I found the product dangerous. I read the instructions said that this worked best under low pressure, but couldn't work out how low that might be (ie how many times to pump the cap) as there wasn't guidance that was that specific. The cap worked well, keeping the fizz, but after the third use, when I undid it, it fired off like a champagne cork and hit the ceiling and broke! I was really glad that it hadn't gone in the direction of my face and my young children weren't in the room at the time as I think it could have caused some serious damage.

Kinda works x
100% just doesn't work, the person who made this needs to go back to the drawing board cause it just doesn't work don't buy. --Edit-- The seller sent me a second one cause he said the first was faulty! I wasn't entirely convinced with the second one at first but ive developed a strategy to make this product work (the instructions are rubbish/non existent btw) 1. Squeeze as much air out the bottle so its a squished bottle 2. Put on the device 3. Hold the bottle steady and with off-hand and then with dominant hand get the plunger low and pump really fast back n forth (yes it feels a bit lewd, get over it) 4. Get bottle back to a firm, factory sealed feeling state, no crinkles and firm to touch

Worth the price
A very good product. Saves money and reduces waste of sparkling water, lemonade, tonic water etc. I have ordered 2 x 2 of these. One of the first batch only lasted a few days before breaking, but the other one became such a good servant I bought more. I think they are a couple of pounds more expensive than they should be, but I have made that money back on drinks.

Fizzingly Fantastic! 🍾 A Bubbly Review of the Jokari Fizz-Keeper Pump Cap
If you're a soda lover like me, few things are more disappointing than a flat, lifeless beverage. But fear not, my fizzy friends, for the Jokari Fizz-Keeper Pump Cap is here to save the day (and your tastebuds)! 🙌 Pros: 1. Carbonation Preservation Extraordinaire 🌟: This ingenious little gadget uses patented technology to trap the fizz and keep your soda as bubbly as the moment you first cracked it open. Say goodbye to flat, disappointing drinks! 2. Long-Lasting Freshness 🍃: Thanks to the Fizz-Keeper's ability to re-pressurize your plastic bottles, you can enjoy your favorite sodas for weeks without any loss of flavor or fizziness. 3. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy 👌: Using this pump cap is a breeze – simply screw it on, pump a few times, and voilà! Your soda is now sealed and ready to be enjoyed at its bubbly best. 4. Durable and Dishwasher-Safe 🛀: Made of sturdy plastic, this little marvel can withstand the rigors of daily use and can even be tossed in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. Cons: 1. Plastic Bottle Limitations ⚠️: Unfortunately, the Fizz-Keeper is only compatible with plastic soda bottles, so those who prefer glass or aluminum cans will have to look elsewhere. 2. Potential for Leaks 💦: While rare, some users have reported instances of the cap leaking or failing to seal properly, leading to a loss of fizz (and a sticky mess). 3. Not for the Forgetful 🤔: If you're the type to leave half-finished soda bottles lying around for days (or weeks), the Fizz-Keeper's effectiveness may be diminished. Overall, the Jokari Fizz-Keeper Pump Cap is a game-changer for soda enthusiasts who can't stand a flat beverage. With its ability to preserve carbonation and freshness for weeks, it's a must-have for anyone who wants to enjoy their favorite fizzy drinks at their bubbly best. 🥤💯 While it may not be perfect, the pros far outweigh the cons, making this little gadget a worthy investment for anyone who takes their soda seriously.

No More Flat Fizzy Drinks?
Having used an earlier version of 'Fizz Keeper' for years, it was gratifying to find they could now be bought in the UK at such a reasonable price. The newer version works better. Easy to use, a brilliant invention. Even half a litre in a two litre bottle stays fizzy with easy pumping of air onto the remaining drink to retain gas pressure. I found it was still fizzy four days after opening- but could possibly stay fizzy for longer?

Very cheap. Don't fit well.
One was just too big and wouldn't fit on any bottle I tried. So I threw it away. The other just about fitted my lemonade bottle, but I have to be very careful not to overtighten, as it will just 'click' and go round again and again. When I'm able to make a good seal, which is not easy without over or under tightening, the pump action works well. But more often than not, the seal is not 100% and it slowly leaks down to about 50% pressure.

I have been looking for these for a long time, until I found them on Amazon, with a lot of searching. I used to have 2 of them many years ago, but they somehow got lost. They do keep the fizz in your pop/soda if you use these correctly. To keep the fizz in pop, you have to pump air "into" the bottle. You have to pump many times, especially if it is a 2-litre bottle. Pump (many times) until the bottle is firm and you are good to go. This acts as a pump and a lid for the bottle. I am so happy to have found these.

These are easy to use and help keep your drinks fizzy. We do pinch our fingers sometimes while pumping up the pressure in the bottle. This Fizz keeper is worth the purchase and fits many of the soda bottles we have used it with. The seal is tight.

It is a good product , just need to put in a little work of pumping but then all's good

This would probably fit a US soda bottle, but the ones in europe have a shorter thread section and the bottle lid remains attached to the bottle. Even if you remove the lid and use strong scissors to take the plastic ring that holds the lid, it still doesn't make a seal. So we had to return it.
