About how many are in a 1lbs bag?

Just received my bag today. It was not in an original sealed bag but came in a clear plastic bag with 74 candies. As per the original package, there should be 38 servings of 2 pieces (76).

Does this prevent the effects of motion sickness?

Info I've read said ginger helps with nausea. My family has used these chews for multiple reasons. We like the taste, they perk you up instead of using caffeine, and they do seem to calm an upset tummy. We've also dropped one or two in a cup of hot water up make tea. We have eaten these to help with seasickness when we were snorkeling in rough water in Hawaii a few years ago. Ginger ale also helps.
