This is a large tow float and bought to use when sea swimming or larger lakes ,so further away from land. A great colour and very visible from a distance. A good length strap to go around the waist and handles to grip and hold when treading water. No loss of air while using , strong and will hopefully use for many years to come

My friend had one when we went on holiday and i didnt realise how much i needed one until we got caught in rough water so when we came back i purchased this one with the handy storage pocket When i went to the beach with my grandchildren i put my phone and wallet in a zip tie bag for added security but it was nice and dry when removed. And i didnt get to use the the float because the grandchildren nicked it off me

Just received this today to replace a float that I have been using for five years. The Zone 3 Float so far seems to be really well made. Material feels strong and durable so should be reliable and long lasting. I’ll be testing it in two weeks.

Great product that’s ’fit for purpose’

I bought this bag as i was planning to go on holiday on my own in corfu. I wanted something that i could put a towel in, pair of shoes, keys phone and wallet etc, go snorkling which is my holiday passion and not have to worry about leaving anything on the beach even in these cases a deserted beach. I loved this thing it was perfect. It also gave me the added comfort that i had a flotation aid in case this old boy bit off more than he could chew and believe me one day it will happen. 100% watertight and i loved it.

After a discussion with someone on a boat about how easy it was to spot swimmers with one of these, I invested. I didn't actually realise that you could also put kit in them at the time, so that was a bonus. I now wouldn't dream of going river swimming without it. Since purchase I also did a 10k swim up river and took two bottles, food, a shammie, phone and a gopro with spare batteries and while I could feel it tugging, it performed perfectly. It's great being able to swim with your phone too, giving out your GPS location so you can be tracked. Highly recommended. Only slight thing to be aware of is it does lose a little air over a period of time and is best topped up after about an hour.

Después de mirar y comparar media docena de marcas conocidas que fabrican boyas estancas de natación, me he decidido por esta de Zone3. Todas son muy parecidas y ninguna ofrece mucho más que las otras. Incluso da la impresión que el fabricante sea el mismo y cada marca le añada un toque personal o algún extra además de su propio logo. Sin embargo, esta de Zone3 tenía lo mejor de todas al precio más bajo. No pude encontrar algo que no tuviera y que las otras si. A pesar de ello, 24€ es un precio muy competitivo. Las demás oscilaban entre los 29€ y los 35€. El tamaño es perfecto para quien vaya a nadar andando desde casa y lleve ropa ligera. Sus 28 litros de capacidad dan para mucho. Yo estoy metiendo un par de Crocs T45, un bidón rígido de 1 litro, camiseta y bañador, red portamaterial, funda de gafas, llaves y móvil. Y aún queda sitio para sustituir la ropa de verano por un chandal. A pesar del peso, tiene suficiente flotabilidad positiva para mantenerse con muy poca obra viva. No obstante, si no tienes necesidad de llevar tantos objetos dentro y, digamos, la usas solamente por seguridad, las de 20 litros son perfectas. El uso es muy sencillo y hay multitud de tutoriales en internet. Importante enrollar y cerrar la bolsa hacia la parte superior (la del logo) siguiendo las instrucciones. Sobra decir que nunca se me ha mojado nada y es completamente estanca. Yo mido 183cm y piernas y brazos son algo más largos en proporción que el tronco. A pesar de ello, la longitud de la rabiza es suficiente y no echo en falta que sea más larga. He probado a acortarla, pero me resulta más cómoda si la uso sin nudos. Si la acortas mucho, golpearás la boya con la mano en la última fase de la palada, en la salida. Personalmente no encuentro útil esos mosquetones que acaban rotos a la primera de cambio. La rabiza se fija al asa inferior, que hace la función de quilla u orza, con un nudo de alondra y al cinturón con una coca pasante. El cinturón es también muy cómodo y no te enteras que lo llevas. Es ajustable y no roza. Recientemente he descubierto un extra de seguridad. Y es que uno de los cierres incorpora un silbato de emergencia. Muy útil si tienes algún problema y deseas llamar la atención. Os subo una foto porque pasa desapercibido. Ese mismo cierre incorpora sendas anillas para usos múltiples. Yo las usé para colgar mis aletas de natación algún día que tuve terribles calambres en los gemelos y no podía volver a tierra con ellas puestas. Las até con una tanza que siempre llevo atada a la boya. Recomendaría aplicar vaselina neutra a la rosca de las válvulas. Pues son de plástico y van duras. Otro consejo es sacar todo el aire que puedas del compartimento principal. Si no lo haces, este va saliendo poco a poco y acabas con la boya floja. Esto ocurre porque no habrás podido hinchar el compartimento superior e inferior al estar el principal ya hinchado. Conforme este compartimento se deshincha (algo normal, pues es estanco al agua y no hermético al aire), la boya se queda flácida. En general estoy muy satisfecho con el producto. Nunca había nadado con boya antes y tenía miedo que fuese un lastre y un engorro. Nada más lejos de la realidad, aporta mucha seguridad, visibilidad y autonomía a la hora de guardar tus objetos personales. Si tenéis alguna duda, sólo tenéis que preguntarme.

Das Teil ist absolut großartig und super gemacht! Man kann diverse Artikel, wie Schlüssel, Geldbeutel, Tshirt, Handy( doppelt gesichert), etc. hineinlegen und dann wasserdicht verschließen. Es schwimmt leicht und gut sichtbar und gibt einem auf jeden Fall Sicherheit. Da ich oft gegen Abend erst zum See komme, ist das schon wichtig, noch wahrgenommen zu werden bei schlechten Lichtverhältnissen.

This product is a must have for those who swim alone. The buoy allows me to be easily seen by other kayaks and boats on the lake where I swim. The storage capability of the buoy is extremely helpful as it allows me to put all of my belongings (phone, wallet, keys, etc) along with a change of clothes, towel, and slippers inside the bag. Also, there have been times where I’ve been tired or I’ve cramped up. I was easily able to hang on the buoy to either catch my breath or wait for my muscles to relax. The customer service is also extremely helpful and friendly. I recommend this product to anyone that is going to be swimming alone.
