Good stuff! Calms you down and lowers your cortisol levels which helps with sleep quality. Don't take too many pills too often. Too much can be toxic to the liver. Better yet cycle it with Relora, Glycine, Magnesium and Phosphatidyl Serine. Helps with testosterone production in male's body.

We are pleased with the brand and quality of the product,. We do need a little more time of taking the product to be sure it is effective, but our daughter is taking for hormone balance and she said she feels calmer.

This brand is the best Ashwagandha supplement I’ve tried. I have tried many different brands and they didn’t work as well. This brand has given me the most energy and made me feel less anxious. The pill doesn’t upset my stomach and is easy to swallow. It doesn’t have a smell or taste. I have a picture below comparing the pill size to a dime. I’m gluten free and these contain no gluten or preservatives that cause me to break out in hives. I have been using these for 4 months and they have made a huge difference. I have even lost 10 lbs since I started taking these pills. I tried another brand a month ago because I waited until the last minute to order more. The other brand I took did nothing for me. I ended up throwing them out. I highly recommend these.

Definitely helps to sleep

I take this at bed time. I don't know what others use it for but I started it for some lack of moisture lady wise and it has been consistently effective.

Did not seem to work as well as the last brand I bought.
