These pans are a gem, it is a shame to use them, you would never want them to be damaged, they are really beautiful, but apart from that they are strong, made of magnificent material, with a slightly eclectic avant-garde design, for my kitchen which is a retro farmhouse style they adapt perfectly . , but they could also be in a modern or very elegant kitchen. This frying pan has a well thought out design, the wood is beautiful, the glass on the lid is thick, the design is wonderful, its side handle to hold it gives you not only safety, but also possibilities to sauté food, flip a heavy Spanish tortilla, or make a paella, a meal for four without the slightest problem, you can see its strength, firmness and quality immediately, it is very worth investing in it, it is a dream, we have not cooked in it yet, but as soon as I do it and After time, I will complete my review again, for now I recommend it 100%.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the handle is loose once fitted because the supplied screw is either too short or the nut is badly fitted. Disappointed as it looks decent quality otherwise.

The first purchase experience was very bad, as I received a defective item. However, after I gave the feedback to the customer service and requested a refund, and then repurchased it (this doesn't allow for a replacement), I received an intact wok, which has good quality.

Fabulous sauté pan. Had to buy a few new pans when we changed to an induction hob. The pan has a totally flat, even bottom, which connects beautifully to the hob. It cleans well and isn't too heavy.

It's a nice weighty wok and the lid is a nice addition, I did read in other reviews that the handle was loose, here's a handy tip use the screwdriver they provide and tighten it up haha. I've only used it twice, once to make smashed eggs and the other to make fried eggs, both renowned for sticking oh and I re heated left over prawn rice in it and cooked and cooked it until the bottom actually burnt and even then it just slides out of the pan and on to the plate. This is either an exceptional pan or it shows how old and bad my previous pan had become and this is actually how a non stick should be. For the price tag it's definitely worth getting one , the handle on the lid is neat and a little quirky and that shows they have thought of the detail with this wok. I got a cream colour and it looks very stylish to the point where I feel I need to buy the frying pan to go with it. Oh and for Oil ..... pretty much nil used , just the smallest of drizzles as I was heating up the pan as the performance overall is exceptional. Would I recommend, oh my days yes I would in a heartbeat

Do not buy. The screw they provide is not long enough to screw the handle on which is why it is loose. Very poor build for something of this price. I ended up buying a wok from Asda of all places and it's absolutely brilliant. Used it a lot already and it hasn't worn down plus was cheaper. Amazon did refund me, but they didn't collect. I am donating it to charity with a warning that it needs a longer screw. For something so simple you'd think they'd have fixed this issue but to date they have not sadly.

Great pan. Works great as a wok for my teenage children to cook with. Just bought the pans to match.
