I picked up the DOLANFYE extendable finger pointer mainly as a fun classroom accessory, but it’s actually turned out to be really practical. It’s great for pointing things out on the board or screen without having to stand directly in front of it, which helps keep students’ attention where it should be. The extendable feature works smoothly—it slides out and locks in place without feeling flimsy. When collapsed, it’s compact enough to toss in a bag or desk drawer, so it doesn’t take up much space. The finger design is a bit playful, which my students actually enjoy. It adds a little personality without being distracting, especially with younger kids. At the same time, it still does its job clearly and effectively. Build quality is decent for the price. It’s lightweight, but it doesn’t feel like it’s going to break with normal use. I wouldn’t be too rough with it, but for everyday classroom use, it holds up fine. Overall, it’s a small, affordable tool that makes a noticeable difference in presentations and teaching. Practical, easy to use, and a bit of fun mixed in—I’m glad I picked it up.

These are fun but they do break easy. The extension works smoothly and my 3yo is able to extended all on his own but these lasted only a week

I love these!! My students love these! You will love them too! Okay, in all seriousness, these are excellent pointers. They retract so they don't take up too much space and you can easily store them away for safekeeping. They are also great fidget tools for teachers since they retract. I use these pointers in my classroom everyday and my students love to use "The teacher pointer" when they called up to the board. I love to use them with the doc cam as well since they're small and I don't like showing my dry skin and peeling cuticles to my students. This is an excellent value for the price as you get 4! There are many uses from using it as a pointer to direct student attention, guide students with reading words/ syllables, use on the doc cam to point out words, and to redirect students by tapping on desks or using it to point out things on their paper (so you can help out and respect their personal space).
