While I'd been impressed with their products, I'd struggled with a particular vendor my doctor sent me to and decided to turn to Amazon to see if I could find the products needed.This product arrived nicely packaged and in good condition. It's a box of 10 4"x5" Alginate Wound Dressings. They do not have silver, though the brand does offer that option. My doctor specifically wanted me to move away from silver and these fit my need perfectly.These have become my favorite brand. They perform consistently well by being absorbent, easy to apply, and easy to remove from the wound in one piece. They do not further re-traumatize my wound and while I have a slow healing wound I'm noticing obvious improvement.A couple of times, I've tried to save money with a different brand but I always come back to this one because it performs better and the result is undeniably better. The price point is a little bit higher than some other brands, but for me the results have easily justified the expense.I'm definitely impressed and will be turning to Simpurity first for my future wound care and bandaging needs. I've had positive results with three different bandage options under the brand and all have been positive. It started about 1.5 inches across and .75 inches tall. I finally have it down to the size of a pea in part thanks to these pads.
