We’ve just had house rendered and a can over expanding foam has exploded onto side of house. Can I use this to remove the left over parts?

The answer is 'probably'. The only concern would be the effect the remover would have on the surface the expanding foam has covered. So you should do what I did, test the effect on a small area, wait a good while and see what happens.
