Helps me sleep

I didn’t expect anything from this grounding sheet. I’d been curious about grounding since I had talked to a man at a spa who said he used one. To my surprise, the bottoms of my feet tingled when I put them on the sheet, which was plugged into the ground on a surge protector. I had been waking up multiple times through the night, but I slept straight through the first night I used this. I also felt more rested than usual upon awakening. It continues to be helpful after a couple weeks of using it. Bare skin contact is important to get the best effects from this grounding sheet. With the weather turning warmer, I sleep in t-shirt and shorts (sometimes less) so the skin on my legs and arms touch the sheet. One potentially irksome quality of this sheet is that it looks like a dish towel. Another is that it wrinkles badly after having been through the wash, so I iron it on low heat to make it lie flat. Finally, it’s rather small, but it is inexpensive. In my opinion, that makes it a low-risk item to see if you respond to grounding. I got a continuity tester to check the sheet and it shows that the sheet is working. Very happy that I had the chance to try this out!

The sheet is to be plugged into an outlet to properly ground you. Installation/setup: Plug into a grounded outlet for best effect. Final thoughts: The sheet was placed under my regular bedsheets but I’m not sure I used it properly. I have used it for quite some time and I really didn’t get any benefit from it. I can’t recommend it, it seems to be either ineffectual or too hard to understand the use easily. I can only give it a low rating because it didn’t work for me. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Ordered this item for my husband who suffers from restless leg and insomnia but it was way to small for a regular size bed, honestly it wouldn't even fit on a cot !! Very small. Sent item back and was refunded. Thanks

They seem like good quality. So far so good, always a little hard to tell if something like this works for you or not, but for sure they don't harm.

I've been using this for about a week now, results are inconclusive on whether it does all the miracles it claims. I think I've noticed it is slightly easier to wake up and get out of bed on a couple of days, other days it was just as hard. Size wise it is about the width of a queen size mattress. I have it across the bottom of my bed so my ankles and calves are laying on it when sleeping. However it is not long enough to be tucked in, so it gets bunched up right away with many wrinkles. On top of that, maybe because of the silver stitchings, it is very scratchy compared to my expensive linen sheets and basically cancels out any money spent on softness, comfort, and luxurious feeling sheets. Due to the dubious effects (so far) and extremely discomforting feel on the skin, I give this a solid 2 stars.

I don’t know how much of the grounding sheet concept is real vs. perceived. So I will not discuss that. The sheet is exactly what it says it is. Dimensions are correct. It is a cotton sheet with a grid laced horizontally and vertically through out. It comes with the plug so you can connect to an outlet. So if you are looking for a grounding sheet, you can trust that what is presented in the item description is exactly what you will get.
