It goes off by itself without clicking the button. I bought this for my daughter to keep in her pocket and use it at playtime, it keeps going off by itself, I tested it myself and found the same problem. It is also difficult to reset, placing it in boiling water in a bowl won't reset it, you need to boil it on the hob for a few minutes.

Hi the product is good, got two of them and one was difficult to click and was only 3/4 filled compared to the other. Also just seen that for the same price on amazon we can get 4 warmers which are similar in shape and colour. Good product but not satisfied for the above reason

I felt that the hand warmers could be warmer they was warm but not warm enough for me but I like things hot cheese ones only cover the palm of your hand that makes it good to warm up gloves I felt that the warmth didn't last long enough either but all in all they are good but not great

Heats up instantly to a very comfortable temperature. Only downside is the clicker is very reactive and if I’ve thrown my jacket up, or knocked my pocket that has set the reaction off when it hasn’t been wanted, other than that, one of my best buys this winter!

Bought these as a stocking filler gift. The recipient was grateful and said they worked well. More of a winter than summer gift but I’d you want to keep your hands toastie in your pocket for a bit then these are great. Easy to refresh by putting in hot water.

Based on quality / price it's a good one. Works (so far) as well as my original more expensive hand warmers.

Worked great 1st time. Then tried to reset to use next day with boiling water as per the instructions and they never went soft again and therefore were a very expensive single use item. Very disappointed 6yr old daughter before school this morning.
