After considerable research, I ordered a Waterdrop WD-10UB-CM undercounter water filter (for the removal of chloramine) from Amazon. The filter was shipped from Waterdrop which I quickly receive. The installation instructions were through and easy to follow. After installation I had a small drip from the filter cartridge. I called Waterdrop customer service. I explained the issue to Katrina who promptly sent me another filter which resolved the issue. Since I have only used the filter a few times I can’t comment on its efficiency, other than to say it appears to be well made and is working properly. The Waterdrop customer service is exceptional. I would definitely recommend Waterdrop for any of your filter needs.

Just got it installed, and it seems like a good product! My install took a bit because my setup is dumb, but the instructions are clear, and the kit came with everything you need. Would be a quick install under normal circumstances! The water has good flow and tastes good, so we will see in time! I’d say it’s worth purchasing!

My handyman friend showed me how to install. It's not physically hard to do, but some plumbing knowledge is required. Filter+faucet work great, looks nice, faucet is all metal 5 stars because I use this filtered water for my aquariums and I don't need to do any additional treatment to the water before I add it to my tank. If exotic fish can breathe in it, then I know it works. Also the water flow is stable and stronger then you'll expect. Great product.

Works great. Easy install. It will fit in an existing soap dispenser hole in countertop. Water tastes great. Remember it comes out the same temperature as tap water so use ice or refrigerate if you like really cold water. Much cheaper than swapping out refrigerator filters all the time.

My water is so awful the dog won't even drink it and she eats 💩! Paid a plumber to do this as I have no experience in installing and he said there was a nut that was awful putting on and barely fit. He said other than that it was an easy install. Water tasted great and now I don't have to drag all these bottles back and forth from the store in the cold! Now we will see how long it lasts!

The filter arrived beautifully and neatly packaged. The build quality is excellent. I installed the filter in about an hour, including drilling a hole in the kitchen sink. The chloramine smell (I'm in Florida) is no longer noticeable. We are happy.

I tried to install this. It was pretty simple to install. I followed the instructions but it keeps leaking overnight from the T joint. I used plumber's tape and made sure everything was tight but it still keeps leaking. I even bought new o rings and it still leaks
