The first day, I felt a little odd but I was not tired at all . It kept me going in the gym . The second day, I tried it for a chest and tricep workout and it definitely helped me finish 4 different variations for each muscle . So yes, this is a good product to help you workout well in the gym .

I haven't use this product, but overall packaging is very good but inside the cap seal is opened and I am going to use this for fat burner. Customer service after sell also very good they help me .f

Super effective normally but its effectiveness enhances if you combine it with exercise and little more day to day activities like walk more and sit less, this dont mean you have to do exercise vigorously but moderate activities will enhance the effect. You will not feel bloated and sexual performance also increases a lot. Overall amazing product and use only if you dont have any medications cause it can increase heart rate and blood pressure. Best to take empty stomach right after you wake up and i never took more than one a day. Definitely buying it again.
