If you or someone close to you has Parkinson's Disease and you are not happy when Western Medicine says that Parkinson's is incurable and that you will get gradually worse, then this book is a must. Bianca HAD Parkinson's, yes 'had' Parkinson's! The book explains how she gradually improved her symptoms until she was declared first 'symptom free', then 'cured of Parkinson's'. In the book she clearly sets out how she used a particular method of Qigong which uses movement, visualization and sound to heal the body. She explains where the instructional DVDs and CDs which she used can be acquired. Her story is an inspiration and shows her dedication, persistence and determination, yet the book leaves you with the feeling that she is not hugely different to any of us, that it is in fact possible for any of us to cure whatever health challenge we have using Qigong. This is a personal and honest story which gives a clear and well written account of how people with Parkinson's can heal themselves.
