Happy with phone now issues is sorted
Was a gift, partner is really happy with it, We did have an issue as there was no information about adding the second sim, we thought we had been sent the wrong or faulty phone which Amazon quickly sent out a replacement, but in the meantime I had contacted JCB who confirmed there was no fault but a print error in regards to inserting a second sim. Other than that it seems to do everything he needs, its smart and not as heavy as I thought it would be. Good value, charger wire is really good quality and extra long.

Very robust
My wife decided I needed this after breaking two other well known brand name phones in the space of 12 months. I'm clumsy so tend to drop them. With this phone, I have dropped it on hard surfaces and in water (not intentionally) and it's still working and no cracked screen. My only issue (which is why I gave 4 stars not 5) is that the SIM card/memory card tray is very very finicky and hard to put in. Took ages for me to do. Apart from that, no complaints.

Camera & GPS poor
You can make phone calls and it's not broken yet. Two good points so 2 stars. Strava does not work with phone, keeps crashing. Other GPS based apps work poorly. When traveling with wife, her phone accurately displays location. Mine cannot find gps, sometimes takes 5 mins longer to locate. I don't take many photos, but even so camara is also poor. Does not focus well especially at closer distances. Looking forward to it breaking so I can replace

Overheats on charging, drops out of Android Auto, struggles with basic apps
Good things first: Its a great size, weight, uses USB-C and seems to have a responsive screen. The poor: Ive used it 3 times for navigation while connected to the car using android Auto. it has disconnected each time refusing to reconnect leaving no choice but to turn off, restart and reconnect - a pest on London roads. It over heats while charging, causing charging to stop and so you get to your destination with a scorching hot, uncharged phone. Im ashamed to admit I love the scrabble app. This phone struggles to play scrabble. it's not a high demand app - surely? It doesn't have 5G It doesnt have a 3.5mm head phone jack

Very unhappy
Bought this for my son for Christmas. Front facing camera not working, tried all troubleshooting but it's clearly a hardware issue. Only "refund" option available, no option for replacement. I'm assuming it's because of increased price difference. Rang Amazon but got nowhere. Very bad form to have to pay more to replace a faulty phone, which needless to say I won't be doing...
