No, I don't think so. The outlet that is the power source is the traditional type of outlet.

Is the screw removable? My outlets don't have a screw hole.

Yes the screw doesn’t have to be in but helps secure it if you put something heavier on it he shelf area. I hope that makes sense.

Can the usb ports be trusted to fast charge a phone (s21) or would it be better to use the dedicated charger?
