would this be useful for brushing sand off car seats & feet?

This is a very good dustpan and brush, I have only used it indoors, the brush has a good handle, I think it could be used for brushing sand off car seats and feet as the bristles on the brush are soft and flexible.

Does this come with all the brushes in the picture? IE about 9 different brushes

No it doesn't. It only comes with the brush you see attached to the pan
