I thought it may have been the batteries but after changing them...nothing! It's a good idea, but when it only lasts for a short while, you can't beat a bar of soap! A little larger than I expected. Good size and adjustable measure. Don’t follow instructions for opening the base. It doesn’t screw off, the thin bottom plate clips out.More of an issue is that it takes many pumping actions by placing hands at IR receiver to make any liquid soap come out as though the liquid is needing to climb up the container, making the unit a nuisance and useless ### ⭐ Stoped working after a few months and no customer support *by S***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 October 2018* Initially I was happy with this although it stopped working after a just few months. Having changed the batteries I could hear the soap pump working but no soap was coming out. I emailed Customer Services for advice on 21/09/18 and again on 12/10/18 as I had not received a reply-but have still had no response. I guess I will have to throw it away although it makes it a very expensive soap dispenser as it has not lasted any significant time.
