We wanted to have sodas made with state made beverages, but we didn't want the mess and time of scooping ice cream for each order. With the cups and lids we were able to pre-scoop the ice cream, add the lid, and freeze the cups until ready to use. Then we stacked them in coolers and opened them as needed.
