This is an excellent walker with impressive build quality. It feels strong, sturdy, and stable, even when used on rougher ground.The height adjustments offer plenty of flexibility, and the handle grips are well designed for comfort, especially if you need to lean on the walker rather than simply push it. The seat is a great bonus too, solid, supportive, and comfortable enough for a temporary rest.It is a little heavier than a typical lightweight indoor walker, but that’s because it’s built for outdoor use across different terrains. Even so, it’s not excessively heavy, and most people will have no trouble lifting it in and out of a vehicle and when walking, the slight extra weight actually works in its favour, helping it stay grounded and preventing it from catching on small stones or bumps. The small foot plates beside the rear wheels are also a clever addition, making it easier to lift the front wheels when tackling small kerbs or steps.This walker has been invaluable and gets used daily outdoors even short trips to and from the car are noticeably easier. I would highly recommend adding it to your shortlist, it’s a huge improvement over the typical “shopping trolley” style walkers. In short, this is a proper, robust walker you can genuinely lean on for support, with decent‑sized wheels that allow you to go places other walkers simply can’t manage.

I love Betty, my first Helavo walker, BUT, you really feel rougher ground, and it didn't really work on uneven ground, kept jamming. So, because I missed walking the dogs I decided to have a look and see if there was such a thing as a walker for uneven ground ... Meet Bertie!Not a lot of choice in colour, but I chose brown, wheels solid and yes, I can walk on the field, on pebbles and cobbles with virtually no problem. I will try sand in the future too!The wheels are solid, unlike other makes (I worried about punctures quite honestly), the handles are a bit softer, and I love that when my wrists get tired I can use my palms on the paddles. Bertie came with a cup holder, very handy when I go out, but it gets caught on doorways.All in all I love him

When you open the box, it does all seem to be a bit jumbled up, but remove carefully, and it will be fine, as some bits are attached by the fitted brake cables, and then require assembly.There is an instruction book, but I found the video assembly instructions were miles better, so I went back onto Amazon and clicked the second video which you can click stop at any moment, as you complete each step.This is a really good walker, with a very good wide seat, and it has greatly helped my walking, as before I had nowhere to sit down - using 2 thumb sticks!The height adjustment is really easy as well. I have a grassy area in the garden which it runs over very well, with its 12" front wheels. It also runs over gravel quite well, which most others with smaller wheels won't do.It also folds up very easily, by just pulling on the strap loop in the seat centre, so it can go in a car with ease.I chose the model with the puncture-proof tyres, as I would have nowhere to get the punctures repaired, and there are hedge thorns everywhere......It has instantly improved my life!

A stable rollator that replaced a well-advertised version that was not robust enough for larger users. Very well made and easy to use. Folds up well and easily loaded into my Toyota Auris. Seat could be a little deeper. Instructions ok, although needed two attempts to assemble.

Very happy with this ‘rollater’. Was simple to put together, felt very solid and reliable.It was for my father to use, and he found it worked just how he wanted. He was originally looking at the cheaper range of walkers, around £80-100, but based on local terrain and his likely use, I advised to consider this price range. This model had good reviews, so we gave it a go.He found it solid and reliable in respect of movement, found the parked mode for seating to be simple and effective, with the seat being reasonably comfortable. It folds up well to go in a car, and the storage bag it comes with was the right size to store the various items he has to take with him (you could fit around 8x 750ml water bottles in it for reference). For its size and durability it is also reasonably lightweight.Assuming its build holds up over time (and I’d be surprised if it didnt) , my father and I would happily recommend this wheeled walker!

My new rollator is AMAZING!!I have a cheaper version, but it doesn't go over gravel and was difficult if the surface isnt flat. I still love it i just needed a different one for adventures.This one is all terrain, solid flat free tyres, & makes going over gravel, and off road paths easy peasy!The seats a little higher, but I'll get used to it. It has a bigger bag, cane holder & cup holder.The cup holder is a added bonus i was unaware of but extremely grateful.Its made from quality materials and you can just tell its a grade higher.Its a tad heavier, bit not much. Today was my 1st time using it and it went over gravel, grass, bumps, curbs easy. The 360 front wheels are fantastic. Fairly simple to put together- well watched the video and just paused after every step. I couldn't rate this higher, for the price its a bargain! Photos of it and me using it (for height references)

Works well over paved footpaths and short grass. The cup holder is a bit vulnerable when negotiating through tight spaces such as doors. It would be located better at the front rather than the side. A basket attachment would be a handy alternative to the bag. My wife is 166cm (5' 5") tall and needs the handles set at the maximum height setting. Otherwise a very sturdy rollater, which folds up easily and fits comfortably in the car boot. Once unfolded it does need a a firm push down on the seat to lock it in operating position. I do think the description "all-terrain" is a bit ambitious. The front wheels pivot loosely and would get stuck easily in rough terrain, and even stepping down a level. It needs to be lifted using the back wheels to drop down a step. Going up steps would be a challenge to someone with walking difficulties.

Kvaliten på hjulen helt undermåliga. Skulle varit uppblåsbara däck men kom med homogena däck. Vill kunna ha riktigt lågt tryck vintertid på knögliga gångvägar. De medskickade hjulen är i hårdplast utan någon dämpning alls. Min inomhusrollator har mjukare hjul. Returneras omedelbart.

Recibido bien embalado y en el plazo fijado. El andador es bastante estable, sólido y ligero. Fácilmente regulable en altura El montaje puede parecer un poco complicado en un primer momento si se siguen las instrucciones escritas pero es fácil y rápido si se mira el vídeo de montaje que hay en la página de Amazon o del fabricante. Una vez plegado, ocupa cierto volumen pero no exageradamente. Por poner alguna pega: la altura del asiento no se puede modificar, aunque puede ser suficiente en el mayor número de casos.
