Arches Watercolor Block, Hot Press, 14" x 20"

For me is the best quality paper, for watercolor or pencil, but it's an expensive paper I recommend only for your definetly piece of art, not for scketches!

This is an extremely fine quality paper. It will take repeated erasures so don't be afraid to push the envelope! I use this paper for graphite drawing and it really is a wonderful surface to experiment with!

Arches is Arches. The paper soaks up a lot of water and is a joy to draw on. This paper is not tough enough for the methods I use as I like a little tooth to my paper. It helps keep the damage and pilling hidden. With hot press, everything is laid bare. Ypu can see all your little mistakes and messes. I hate it. I bought it for a project. It does exactly what it's supposed to, though, just not good for noodling on.

Quality always comes with the Arches name. This paper is the best you can get, especially if you're a professional.

I think arches is the best. This is smooth, white, quality paper.

3 of 4 corners are damaged. Unfortunately I don’t have time to send these back and get a better handled product

En las tres últimas acuarelas noté manchas en donde se concentran los pigmentos, al principio pensé que algo estaba haciendo mal, pero al humedecer otra hoja noté las mismas manchas en el mismo lugar en donde salían los defectos en las últimas acuarelas que tuve que desechar, y vi que era un defecto de las hojas, es el primer block de muchos que ha comprado de Arces que me salen las hojas con este defecto
