Was very excited for this alternator. I even ordered the most expensive one so I could have the best experience. $700 is a lot of money for me. At first, I was very happy with it. One year and a week later, right after my warranty expired, it stopped working. My battery was drained and I was left stranded in a parking lot. I replaced my battery thinking it was faulty, then realized it was the alternator. I contacted customer support asking for help since it was only a little over a week since the warranty expired, I just wanted to get it serviced/fixed since I spent so much on it, to go bad one year later is crazy. They would not help in any way. Since this, I have been replacing all the wires and connecters trying to get it to work. It will start sometimes and charge for a bit but then stops working. I’ve been left stranded 3 times now. I took good care or it during use, blowing it out with air every few months to keep it clean. I can’t understand why a product this expensive would be giving me only bad experiences. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I would not recommend whatsoever!!! Stay away! Save your money.
