This product works well for our white dog with stains fairly regularly. I had been buying smaller bottles but this larger size is a much better deal. I have stopped buying the pads from the same company, they are WAY too expensive for what they are (and it’s a small quantity, half filling a wasteful plastic container), and just started using cotton makeup eye pads from Target. That would be my only complaint for accessories to use with this liquid.

This smelled AMAZING but didn't get rid of my dogs tear stains (which is what I bought it for). It still made it much easier to wash her face since it's tearless but I do wish it got rid of the tear stains more.

What I like about this item is that it got rid of the stains on my little girl's eyes, thank you very much. She is a little white chihuahua with long hair and it turned red under her eyes the stains of the tears but they're out now thank you very much in the back of rear view mirror I'd recommend this product

My white toy poodle gets tear stains and has allergies that cause constant tearing (even with her allergy Rx). I've tried so many way of washing her face over the years. A friend introduced me to this product. The pump produces a light foam that you apply gently to a wet under eye/ face. Massage in gently and allow it to sit for 5 minutes. It's just that easy. It has a light and pleasant fragrance. Then, gently rinse. It's easy and effective. You only need a small amount of product so the bottle will last for a very long time. Making it an excellent value.

Unable to get pump dispenser to work

I purchased this face wash to use with the other Eye Envy products to help with the tear stains. As my Shih Tzu was to be groomed the day after I received it I took it to the groomers with me and asked that they use it. They told me that it is a foam and was very easy to use. His face looks really clean and his eyes look so much better. The small amount of new hair growth under his eyes is decidedly much whiter and his eyes look 100% better now that he has been cut. As can be seen he still has tear stains down his face but I think this will improve as time goes on and with more visits to the salon to be cut. Having changed his diet and giving h bottled water, given that it is only just over a week since I started to use these products, it seems to be going well. Perseverance is the name of the game and only time will tell.
