Yes, Seiko 5 watches can be set to show weekdays in English or another language. This is achieved by pulling the crown out halfway and turning it anti-clockwise until the weekday in the desired language is shown. Please only do this when the hands are showing between 8.00 o'clock and 11.00 o'clock. Pull the crown out fully and adjust the time display to between these hours before altering the day/date display, or the mechanism may be damaged, i.e. avoid setting the date/date display manually if the day/date display is in the process of changing while the watch is running normally. I always set the previous day's date/weekday and then advance the hands manually to ensure that the correct settings appear.

It is possible to purchase this watch with the Arabic day of the week as in the picture?

Most Seiko 5 watches come with dual languages for the weekday display, so the user can choose between English and another language. There are also some versions where the weekday may be set to a choice of English weekdays/Roman numerals. Mine came with a choice of English/French languages. It seems to depend on which variant the importer gets sent. I would suggest you contact the watch dealer for further information about your request. All the ones I have done business with seem to have done their best to be helpful.
