Trying to decide whether i need the small or large boxes. how much can you pack inside the small?

I have moved using all three sizes. Use the small for heavy items like books, it hold about a cubic foot or so. Use the medium for clothes and similar stuff. Use the large for bedding and blankets and pictures.

do these fit legal size folders

Yes, these boxes will hold either letter or legal. Letter size folders are put in with the fronts of the folders facing the handholds. Legal folder are put in with the ends toward the handholds. They will not hold hanging files as the tops will not fit over the tabs. Judi

Are these boxes easy to breakdown after use for storage for later use?

I would say, yes. I haven't disassembled any yet but considering how easy it was to put them together (and since I'm not the greatest at putting things together I did watch a You Tube video for the first one) and once you've done it you'll never forget how so I think it would be easy to take them apart, being careful not to tear the edges and then keeping them flat for storage until you need them again.

How to assemble inside for glasses ?

It’s just an open box. You would need bubble wrap or glass inserts.
