Definitely a good product would take at night mellowed me out pretty good. Don’t know if it was just because I was exhausted or what and also on vacation definitely took a couple naps after taking two of these, though. The portions are pretty good also more than what I’ve seen in other Brands.

I was taking it because I was cramping in my legs due to my lack of potassium and magnesium I took 4 a day and my cramping stopped

I wanted the 1000 mg potassium ( I have a deficiency) and add in magnesium to help ward off muscle cramps. This combo pill has the right amount of potassium plus Magnesium and they throw in zinc as well.

Quality product and a good price. I put these on my subscribe and save list as I will continue to use these.
