It didn't work. I followed the instructions and it wouldn't auto change the time. When I set up the App, it was straight forward, created her profile and it came to a halt, it said offline, try again later. I contacted vodafone to check if there was a problem with payasyougo sim and there wasn't. There was signals, 4 bars but said device was offline. I was gutted as I was setting this up the night before her birthday. It was the biggest gift we got her and the next day we panicked getting her presents to make up for it. She wasn't aware we were getting her this watch and I know she would have been excited having this but what a real shame. We returned the product and got a full refund. This would have been ideal for her, it was a lovely bright pink lightweight watch came in a lovely design box. As we didn't get further into the process, I'm sure it would have easy for her to work it and give her independent. ### ⭐ Thewatch looks good *by J***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 March 2017* The watch looks good, and the calling as a phone seems to work well. The app has room for developmentBUT it is useless as the GPS tells me my child is 2 miles away.
