The Nestle Butter-Menthol medicated lozenges are the best ever for a scratchy throat and coughing. The flavor is good and they work well. They are a product of Australia. The downside is that Nestle, for whatever reason, only markets the best cough drop in the world in Australia. Why not the USA or Europe? We like this product so well that we are willing to pay double the retail price to have them shipped from Australia to the USA. The cost is high, but this product is worth it. Note to the manufacturer (Nestle): Market this product worldwide. It will be the top selling medicated throat lozenge everywhere.
