Helps me sleep and wake up feeling calm
I take this before bedtime and itโs made a noticeable difference in my sleep. I fall asleep easier and, more importantly, I donโt wake up feeling groggy the next day. I also feel more calm in the morning, which is a huge plus, especially on busy school days when Iโm getting my little one ready and out the door. I did a lot of research before buying my MG. This product is more natural than others and works great. Value is good. Giving it 4 stars vs. 5 because sometimes the capsules are not 100% full, but the efficacy is not less
