Good bucket
It's a bucket you use for fermenting-- not a lot to say about this except it has worked great so far. I have not had any of the problems with sealing that some of the reviewers have mentioned, but your mileage may vary. The airlock works as intended, and everything came intact. Brew on!

It's doing the job!
Great product. I get it to do 2 gallon batch rather than a single gallon at a time AND still be able to carry it short distances. But I had a dickens of a time opening it to punch things down down during fermentation. . As beginner it would be helpful if the tab (that I finally removed) were marked "remove this tab." Still a great product!

No handle comes with bucket
The bucket did not come with a handle. Even a 2 gallon fermentation bucket automatically comes with a bucket handle.

Good, with room to improve
Got this to upsize my batches with room to grow. I wanted at least 2g capacity with possibly more in the future. This suits my needs nicely. I like that I can see the liquid level through the semi-translucent side of the bucket since you can’t see anything through the lid. It feels sturdy even with 2.5 gallons of liquid in it. The pre-drilled lid, included grommet and s-style airlock are nice inclusions however the airlock cap is solid. No holes at all, so I’m not sure if that’s intentional or how the gasses would escape. I substituted a different lid for now. Speaking of lids, The bucket lid sealed well by the way but has no measures for getting hold of it to open. I had to pry it up with a screwdriver which of course marred the edge. More thought is needed by North Mountain on that.

Item is not fit for purpose.
Delivered without grommet, no S-trap and no lid seal. There is also no carrying handle so always would need two hands to pick it up. This is no more than a $3 bucket pretending to be a fermenter bucket at $30. Immediately returned. Absolutely disgraceful rip off. Do not buy!

Didn't come with a gasket for the lid
Not even remotely airtight - no gasket seal on the lid.
