If in case there was negative rating system for the product and service I would have given that. Worst service and product. On day 1 itself while installation technician damaged the product there was no response from the company when I raised complaint. Also, there is no lint filter after every few wash you need to clean tub which takes 2 hours otherwise there will be so much lint on the clothes. Go for the machine containing lint filter atleast it is easy to clean the lint filter manually.

We got it delivered by promised time. The features are good. Performance is also good. Cleans dress well. The guidelines provided with the machine is easy to understand. Please note that it needs 16A plug point due to inbuilt water heater. Also note installation service dies it promptly, if you inform them personally. Otherwise it may be delayed.

This washing machine takes more time to calculate the water level and minimum wash time for daily clothes it takes 1hour 15 mins. No magic filter outside. The Drum size is small compared to the other brands.We don't feel like 7.5 kgs size drum. It washes cleanly only with liquid soap and doesn't wash properly with washing powder. I was so excited of Whirlpool brand but not to that mark. Water Consumption is abviously more. The magic filter doesn't work properly. Your clothes have all threads.
