Review: Excellenr core text for OCR chemistry A - I bought this book for my daughter for her OCR chemistry A for 2019,eventhough it’s for international A level Cambridge exam,but it’s the same exam board ,OCR and international Cambridge ,I read both curuculai ,and they are the same. This book is written in a better manner than her core text used in her school ,plus I bought her another text book called chemistry in context,so she can select the writing style she is most comfortable with . Please check the syllabus yourself before you buy this book,just don’t take my word for it. I have read the syllabus and found it covers the entire syllabus for 2019 OCR chemistry A. This book is well illustrated with lots of worked examples,makes a pleasant reading,and it is a text that makes you love chemistry and explains the subject in a very delicate and straight forward manner. If I had time,I would personally read it to refresh my chemistry knowledge but for now I will leave my daughter to enjoy the book.just fantastic text book,written with extreme care and love for the subject .
