Dissapointed with Amazon return policy
The pan arrived with part of the coating already missing, with the detached coating transferred onto the cardboard packaging. This is clearly a manufacturing defect that existed before the product was ever used.I am disappointed that, despite receiving a defective product, the only remedy offered appears to require me to incur substantial courier costs, inconvenience, and time to obtain a refund or replacement. A customer should not have to bear additional expense and hassle to resolve a defect that was present on delivery.

Non stick coating issues
The frying pan has lost its none stick coating after only a couple months adhoc use. Such a shame for an expensive product. The others are still working as expected

Barely lasts 5 uses
My wife and I don't cook often, but the cookwear we had for years was looking worn and with such good reviews, we decided to try these. We've used less than 5 times, only hand wash, and they are already chipping! How can this even be possible? Have a feeling Amazon has sold us not-original product. Disappointed is an understatement. Such a waste of money!

Can cookware be beautiful?
This arrived well packaged and it’s beautiful cookware. My wife’s favorite aspect is the storage apparatus’ that come with it, especially the lid holder. It all seems well made and high quality. Only time will tell if it was worth the expense.
