100% effective -- and not just for pet odors & stains
I board dogs in my home and have used this product on almost a daily basis for many years. For any dog "accident" I don't bother with any kind of cleaner at all, I just wipe up the mess with paper towels and then use Advanced Nature's Miracle to "clean" the area. On hard surface floors I use one spray and paper towels to wipe up any remaining urine or fecal matter, another spray and wipe to remove any possible leftovers, and a 3rd light spray that I let dry on the floor. There is never any dog-odor in my home. I use it on hardwood floors, a vinyl floor and porcelain tile. I also use it successfully on carpet spots -- first blot up as much of the mess as possible, then saturate the area with ANM, and let sit a few minutes, then blot all the wetness up with a lot of paper towels folded up -- you can stand on them to help wick up the moisture. I've taken up some pretty hellacious stains very successfully with this product. Sometimes it takes multiple applications of saturating and blotting on carpeting, but I've never had a stain or odor I couldn't get rid of.Most recently I used it in a situation that I thought was hopeless and ANM still worked. I live in an old home in a semi-rural area. When the weather was humid there was a smell in a lower level bedroom I couldn't get rid of and it turned out many generations of mice had set up housekeeping inside the wall between the drywall and the foundation. The foundation was half-height in this room (with the windows at ground level), so there was a shelf built on top of the foundation half-wall that ran the length of the outside wall and it turned out that the original construction technique provided a "super-highway" for the mice to run on top of the foundation and drop down between ALL the studs, not just one spot. We had to remove all the drywall and I was horrified to discover the mice had been living there for decades. It took that long for the accumulated mouse-urine smell to finally permeate the drywall. The filth they left behind was overwhelming. We removed and threw out all the drywall. What remained was the concrete foundation and the wooden studs that would hold up the drywall. The fecal matter and urine were caked like pools of dried tar on both horizontal and vertical surfaces of both the wood and concrete. It was a daunting project, but I really didn't want to burn the house down and start over. I scraped off what I could with a putty knife and then working with a small section at a time, I'd thoroughly spray with Advanced Nature's Miracle, scrub like the dickens with a stiff brush, then blot up the disgusting mess with paper towels and repeat the process. At the end of the day I sprayed the entire concrete and wood surface until saturated and left it over night to dry. The next day I repeated the entire process. It was a lot of work, but in the end I had pretty much eliminated the mouse odor altogether. You couldn't smell it when you walked into the room and could only get a faint whiff if you put your nose right up to the wood. The wooden studs that had appeared almost black with mouse-waste now appeared to look like normal wood for the most part.I didn't know how deep into the wood I could get the ANM to penetrate, but I was very satisfied with the point we had reached and I thought a couple of coats of primer would finish the job. I put a fan on it and dried it thoroughly for a few days. After that I applied 3 coats of Kilz Maximum primer, letting it dry 24 hours between coats. At the end of this ordeal, there was absolutely no bleed through on the primer and there was not the faintest trace of mouse leftover. The foundation and studs were hospital-white and everything smelled clean and fresh. An absolutely amazing transformation.Advanced Natures Miracle works - but you have to follow the directions. Sometimes it takes some elbow grease to help it work, but it is effective if you allow it to saturate whatever is holding the odor so it can do its job. Sometimes you have to repeat the process -- but if you want to end up with a clean, fresh space afterwards, Advanced Nature's Miracle is definitely the product to use.

Miracle in a bottle
This product is amazing and has saved me from a couple of situations. Fish oil spilled on a piece of clothing and I had no idea until after I washed it. After placing the load in the dryer and starting a new load is when I noticed the smell and it was herendous. Now I have two loads of clothes that stink ti high heaven and I must have washed each load 6x but couldn't get the smell out of the clothes or my washer. I put some of this with the laundry and each load 2x and my washer with no clothes in it and ta day smell is gone! One of my cats also got locked in a room with no litter box. Put some of this straight into a spray bottle, dampened the carpet with it, rubbed it in with my feet and repeated. And again it saved me from a meltdown. For the carpets be advised to let it sit there for a couple of days and you will notice the smell slowly disappears as it works. It will not be instant. So be patient and don't feel like you have to turn to something else. I also put some in my carpet cleaner. This product does not disappoint. However the sent can be a little strong for some people

Works as described, important to follow directions completely
I have three senior cats that are prone to incidents near their boxes once in a while. I have been using Natures Miracle products for a number of years, mostly with great success.I have learned through many trials, as well as advice from other users of the products, that following the directions for these products is the KEY to achieving successful removal of the odors and stains. My carpets are low pile, in a multi-colored neutral so stains are not very evident to the naked eye. However, odors are very noticeable and in order to remove them with this product, I really have to soak the entire affected area (branching out to the surrounding area for any accidents that absorbed outwards in the padding underneath). Where I have not been successful has been because I would attempt to soak up the product after a day or so in order to speed the drying of the carpet. It is VERY important that once the area has been treated, that the enzymes in the formula be allowed to evaporate on their own. The smell actually gets worse as this happens but I have learned that this is its process. Only when I allow the carpet/padding/etc. to COMPLETELY dry on its own, does the odor successfully go away.I have also used this in rental units that my family owns after tenants with pets have moved out. In one particular case, a tenant kept their litter box in a pantry with linoleum flooring. They had cleaned and scrubbed the floor but the odor remained. I doused the floor in Natures Miracle (it seeped down along the cracks with the linoleum and wall meet). By doused, I seriously poured enough for it to puddle on the floor. I left the door to the pantry open to increase the air circulation and within a few days, the odor had completely dissipated and new tenants as well as neighbors I had asked opinions of could not smell any signs of previous pet odors.I have used the advanced formula, the cat urine only formula, and the original formula...and I cannot say with confidence whether there is much of a difference but I have definitely had success with this Advanced formula many times and based on my experience that you need to use quite a bit to cover and treat an area, as well as the fairly hefty price tag, I would rather use the best option the first time, so I don't have to repeat the process.I would definitely recommend either the Natures Miracle Advanced Stain & Odor or the Natures Miracle Just for Cats formula (if you are attempting to remove cat odors).
