How do I clean (sanitize) this brush?

You could spray it with a mild brush cleaner.

It would be great to be able to tell which brush belongs to each person. Does the handle come in different colors?

I don’t think do … I have two of these. Maybe try color coding with color duct tape ring around handle? This is the best bath brush I’ve ever owned!

Is the brush head removable and can you purchase new brush heads?

The brush head is not removable and I don't know that you can purchase new brush heads. I thoroughly wash and rinse mine each time to preserve the integrity of the bristles and assure its cleanliness for the next use. I expect it to be usable for at least five years and at the nominal price consider that a real bargain!

Does this brush come enclosed in any type of plastic or other covered packaging or is it unprotected when place in shipping box??

Yes. The whole brush, including the handle is covered in thick, clear. plastic

Made a good choice in this brush. nice and soft for the back and firmer the other side to scrub the bottom of feet. The hanging cord is a bonus.

I got tired of my wooden back scruppers, especially the early discoloration. Hence, I tried this “tacky” plastic scrupper. I am never going back. This back scrubber has a nice, long, narrow handle. There are two grips on it (blue patches) made of a softer, goose-bump-textured plastic. It's virtually impossible to slip out of your hand. The soft brush side is gentle on your skin. The hard brush side is probably too harsh for most people’s skin. However, it is perfect as a foot scrubber or skin exfoliator.
