I only see the option for the 52 in cot. Is there not an option in the sand color for toddlers which would be closer to 40 in?

looking to purchase 18 toddler size and 20 standard can you accommodate?

Hello! Thank you for your interest in this item. The product you've selected comes as a pack of 6 cots, therefore you can order 3 sets of the toddler size cots to get 18. For the standard size, you may want to order 4 sets (24 total cots) or order 3 sets and then order 2 more additional cots individually to get a total of 20 standard cots. Are these water proof?

I would say they are. The material is like a nylon mesh, the corners are plastic and the rods on all 4 sides are metal. Washing them is very easy. The kids in my day care love napping on them.
