As expected
This came quickly along with good reviews as expected. The taste is really good! Does not taste like medicine or vitamins. I have noticed a decrease in muscle cramping from the first dose. Good supplement!

Helps you fall asleep
The flavor is good. Very sweet. This definitely helps with falling asleep. Make sure you take it before you plan on going to bed.

But the drops in some water when taking it leaves a sticky taste when taken
I have been taking it for a month now I would recommend it , it helps to reduce anxiety headache , but it don’t help me to fall asleep quicker thou , the flavor is amazing for person who don’t like taking pills would recommend.

Great taste
I was looking for magnesium not in pill form. This has a great taste. I haven’t been using it long enough to notice its intended benefits but since it’s tasty it’s easy to take it consistently. That’s important me.
