The measurement of 20"x27" is correct. If your puzzle is a 1/16th inch larger, it won't fit. I had to trim my puzzle with a scissors to make it fit. So, measure your puzzle carefully. It is well packed and a quality frame.

This jigsaw puzzle frame is the perfect size! The only imperfection is the clasp on the back, it's way too tight!

This frame was perfect for my use. My puzzle was 20 X 27 and fit the frame perfectly. Measure your puzzle before you order a frame as there are many close in size. It arrived quickly and was packed very well. Will be ordering again.

For the price, I think it is pretty good. The corners on one side are a little more gapped than I'd like, so trying to remedy that. The back cardboard piece that has the hanging pieces on it, was a little to big for the hole so it was really difficult getting it put back on. By the time I was done struggling with it, my puzzle moved and I had to start all over. Overall I think it looks really nice, I'll probably trim down the sides on the back a little so I don't struggle everytime. I got the natural color and it looks really nice!
