The crimp tool is very difficult to use. It's great that it has long handles, that usually means you get great leverage. But by the time it starts getting to the point you get that leverage, you have to be done. In other words, while it's still half open and too far apart for you to get that leverage, that's where you need the strength, but they're still two feet apart. What a pain, they could have adjusted it so you get the crimp action once they're closer together. Otherwise, they were pretty good. Some complain about the strapping not being strong, it was very strong. Another complained the only got 400 feet, not 4000 inches. Learn some math, 400 feet is 4800 inches. Even if you only know metric, it's just right. The ratchet is a bit awkward to use, but has the strength to crush your boxes closed. Only other complaint, the strapping is zip tied in a loop.
