After experimenting with different styles I decided about two years ago to focus primarily on Vinyasa Flow. I am by no means an impressive yogi, but what I do I enjoy and care about. This DVD is transformational. It takes the home practice to a new level. It is manageable, challenging, educational, and I feel it has brought my practice on substantially.With the matrix you can really create your own practice, and "design" your own class. So this means, whatever your mood or your intention for your practice you can build a set that does what you need.Shiva herself is amazing, she guides you, even in your own home.
