the product works as described but then again it doesn't mean it does anything. I believe the product itself is just placebo and a money grab. haven't used it too frequently but i don't think anything happens, but then again if you use it more often a change can be noticeable.

Used it a couple of times. Good for practicing deep breathes. Item deep breathing. Can just be a bit chunky. I wouldnt wear it out for a jog
