Will this work sealing my rubber roof on my house?

Yes it work great on my rubber roof and only one thick coat it took.

Will this work on a tin roof?

use AMES super primer on the roof 1st ,, prep the roof, remove all loose debris and coat it with super primer, after it is dry to the touch(dries slightly tacky) then apply max stretch .water clean up,, oh , and watch the forecast no rain for 24 hours and best temp is 55 to 70

will this work in waterproofing my new wood floor in my boat

I would suggest "Ames Safe-T-Deck" since it is skid-resistant. First prime the surface with "Ames Super Primer" and then top coat with two coats of Ames Safe-T-Deck.

Can I apply this on top of a fibered aluminum coated RV roof ? I just want to seal some seams

If it is a metal roof, yes. If it is coated with an aluminum fiber coating, you can but you'll need to apply a coat of Ames Blue Max first.
