How does it compare to the pro-ject debut esprit sb?

Sorry, I have no idea. This is my first Pro-Ject turntable. I mainly purchased it because of the George Harrison aspect but I had read great reviews about the Pro-Ject turntables so I had no doubts about purchasing this model. I've been very pleased with the turntable. Sorry I couldn't provide you with a comparison review.

Yes, these models come with a universal power supply.

Is there a Bluetooth version with acrylic platter and carbon tonearm?

No, there is not a model that offers a Bluetooth Audio output with that feature set. You can always add a Phono preamp with built-in Bluetooth transmitter if you'd like to add Bluetooth Capability and Acrylic platters are available as an upgrade for most Pro-Ject turntables
