My go to for Soy sauce, i use this a lot as i’m Asian, and this was the most cost effective way to keep it stocked up. I usually transfer it to smaller dispensers/jars for everyday use. Great tasting, right amount of saltiness.

This was a repeat purchase from me. I use a lot of soy sauce in my cooking and buying it in bulk is much cheaper than repeatedly paying out for the little bottles available in the supermarkets. I particularly like this brand ...to my palate, it's more mellow than some other brands. It arrives quickly and comes well-packaged.

Tastes nice and is of a usable size to last. I have had better from other manufactures but overall you get what you pay for with this.

I’ve been cooking a lot of stir fries (working my way through a Ken Hom book) and love how quick and easy they are. I learned quickly that although there were only a few ingredients to a some recipes, the quality of the ingredients were the difference between a great dish and a so so dish. I went through a few dark Soy Sauces before this one and I’m glad I did, because it helped me know that I could stop the search after this one. This Soy Sauce is lovely, thick and enhances any dish I use it for. I have been buying this soy sauce for years but only recently realised that buying it in professional sized 1.9 lt. containers can mean large savings on price over buying domestic size bottles in supermarkets. Just keep the opened container in a cool area out of sunlight and the sauce stay fresh for months. If you like Asian recipes, this is one of the base ingredients for perfect fried rice along with tons of other recipe stuff (even Shepherd's Pie would you believe). In my local supermarket, this costs twice as much for half the content and I bought two bottles to keep me going on that basis (tip - always keep spices, sauces, herbs and other add in's relatively fresh) and I WILL buy more, because the flavour layer is just right, before a final touch of dark soy sauce at the end of wok frying for instance, not overwhelming just medium punchy and it screams authenticity in the final result. A total bargain, a total touch of realism and yes, a total star in my kitchen.

Hervorragende Sojasauce. Gerade für leichte Gerichte eignet sich die helle Sojasauce besonders gut. Der Geschmack ist so, wie man sich eine gute Sojasauce wünscht. Feines Aroma, sehr gute Qualität, die Speisen erhalten den typischen Sojatouch ohne die Zutaten zu übertünchen. Der Preis für die Größe ist unschlagbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

LKK is a great Soy Sauce for those that want a medium saline, intensely flavoured Soy Sauce. Great to add straight to your noodles and absolute stand out for anything that calls for Soy Sauce in the recipe. I'd highly recommend this on price and quality but also versatility.

Die Marke Lee Kum Kee ist ein recht guter Ersatz für Kikkoman, die recht teuer sind. Der Geschmack ist schön umami und nicht metallisch, eignet sich also hervorragend zum Kochen. Die sauce ist recht hochwertig und wird auch nicht gestreckt, also ist der Preis berechtigt.

I've tried a few other light soy sauces (Kikkoman, LKK standard, PRB grey label), and I like this one the best for flavour and especially aroma. My only complaint about LKK premium is that it's noticeably sweet. It's a balanced sweetness that works well in most dishes, but there are times when I prefer the taste of an unsweetened soy sauce.
