Lid will unfit after couple of uses.

Seems the lid won't hold the heat of hot drinks and after just few uses it started to unfit in it's place and pops up leaving you without a lid. The coffee spilled out while trying to get the lid in its place. Will I be able to to send it back and get a refund?
