Only piece of advice I’d give is, if you will strain them, they pieces will get stuck and very slimy on the strainer and are hard to wash off. So just drain as much water from the pot as you can and maybe just run them through the strainer very quickly to eliminate the last bits of water! Otherwise, it’s still manageable but tedious to wash the tapioca residue from your strainer. Overall, very yummy!!

Very easy to prepare and they were PERFECT for mango sago! Just drop them in boiling water and reduce to medium heat, then leave them for 10 minutes uncovered. Afterwards, turn off the heat and let them continue sitting in the hot water for another 10 minutes and they’re done! Only piece of advice I’d give is, if you will strain them, they pieces will get stuck and very slimy on the strainer and are hard to wash off. So just drain as much water from the pot as you can and maybe just run them through the strainer very quickly to eliminate the last bits of water! Otherwise, it’s still manageable but tedious to wash the tapioca residue from your strainer. Overall, very yummy!!
