Because it has a sleeve to put arm in, it does not slip around or fall off when wearing. I can wear it around the house no problem.

I have tendinitis and with frozen shoulder I was just putting on ice packs when I came across this. I thought Iโd try. It would definitely recommend it. I like that you can secure it and just leave it on as opposed to keep moving ice packs canโt beat the price if you have any type of shoulder pain you need this.

The straps help hold the ice pack in place and it covers all the needed areas sufficiently. The size of the ice pack also makes it useful for other areas like the back. It is a little difficult to put on with an injured shoulder. I also found that it was heavier than I expected it to be, which could be a concern for an extra sore shoulder. To avoid the strain of a heavier pack, I found that a Ziplock bag with ice and paper towel was lighter, but not as effective in providing complete coverage. The shoulder pack stays cold for about 20 minutes, which is less than the bag of ice.
