Good quality cords
I use this cord to go from my older iPads headphone jack to a left and right input on my interface. I ha e songs I couldn’t get off the iPad. This works great.

Not for phones with cases

These work well
I'm using these to connect various audio sources that have a stereo TPS 1/8" output (e.g. CD player, Bluetooth device, radio) to a mixer that uses mono 1/4" inputs. These work fine. I'm happy.
